Encouraging
the ecological transition
through play
À la rESCousse! is a dynamic, mobile game designed for children ages 8-12. Set within a table soccer format, this game isn’t about scoring goals—it’s about shaping the future through collective action on key consumer issues.
The game’s setting is a 2050 version of Switzerland, depicted as a labyrinth. Children guide a small figurine through this maze by solving a series of climate-related riddles. As they make progress, the figurine’s movement demonstrates how their actions can directly influence the future, showing that change is possible through teamwork and commitment.
The core of the game is the belief that small actions, taken now, can make a big difference. Kids must think critically, solve riddles, and work together to uncover clues. It’s a hands-on experience where children realize they hold the power to impact not just their own lives, but also those of their families and communities. As future leaders, they are not only learners but active change-makers, shaping a more sustainable world for all.
